Myriam de Gaudusson’s practice focuses on Labor and Employment Law and Social Security Law.
Myriam brings transactional and litigation experience in HR issues and advises employers of all sizes, from SMEs to large international corporations, on all aspects of individual (employment contract negotiation, employee termination, workplace harassment/discrimination, secondment/international assignments) and collective employee-employer relationships (restructurings, collective bargaining, GDPR, etc.). She also has extensive expertise in bonus/incentive compensation packages, employee stock ownership and savings plans, as well as employee benefits (health/death and disability/pension).
She routinely advises on the labor and employment aspects of domestic and international corporate restructurings, LBOs, IPOs, mergers, demergers and similar transactions, and on the negotiation of senior executives’ entrance and/or exit packages.
Myriam is a member of the American Bar Association, the French business lawyers’ association AFJE, and the Level 2 Master’s degree (Master 2) in Employment Relations Law and Practices (Assas/Montpellier) and a former faculty member of Paris Dauphine University.
