Myriam de Gaudusson co-anime notre département Droit social.

Myriam apporte son expérience dans les aspects juridiques des ressources humaines, tant en conseil qu’en contentieux  et accompagne au quotidien les dirigeants, de la PME aux groupes internationaux, sur tous les aspects individuels (négociation de documentation contractuelle de travail, licenciements, gestion de situations de harcèlement/discrimination au travail, détachement/expatriation) et collectifs des relations de travail (restructurations , négociation d’accords collectifs, RGPD, etc.). Elle dispose également d’une expertise de plans de rémunérations complémentaires / incentives de salariés, actionnariat et épargne salariale ainsi qu’en matière de protection sociale (plans de mutuelle/prévoyance/retraite).

Elle gère les dimensions sociales des opérations corporate, dans un cadre national et transnational, et en particulier les deals LBO, IPO, fusions, spin-off, ou concentration et la négociation des packages d’entrée et/ou de sortie des dirigeants.

Myriam est membre de l’American Bar Association, de l’EELA, de l’AFJE et du Master 2 DPRT (Assas/Montpellier) et a enseigné à l’Université Paris-Dauphine.
