Yam Atallah co-manages the firm’s Corporate Department with Alexandre Marque and Mark Richardson.

A partner with Franklin since 2000, Mr. Atallah has developed a major international practice with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and privatizations in France and on a cross-border basis.

He has served as lead counsel for multinational groups in a large number of domestic and European private equity transactions as well as industrial and commercial restructurings. In this context, Mr. Atallah is frequently called upon to act as project coordinator of other legal teams in cross-border transactions.

Mr. Atallah is active in commercial litigation and arbitration particularly regarding disputes founded in corporate and securities law.

He is a frequent lecturer in France and abroad.
