Yann Colin heads the firm’s Litigation department.After his admission to the Paris Bar, he started his career in 1980 by joining the firm Salès Vincent et Associés, where he became a partner in 1988.
A partner with Franklin since 2000, Yann Colin has developed a substantive litigation practice, spanning virtually all areas of law and in particular corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, white collar crime, economic crime, product liability, intellectual property, including trademark and copyright law, distribution law, competition and unfair competition law, commercial contracts, enforcement procedures and business law in general.
His clients include French and foreign companies, as well as state-owned corporations.
Yann Colin has a long-standing practice of handling high-stake litigation with international ramifications.
He is a frequent lecturer in conferences in France and abroad, and has published numerous articles, in particular on the subject of directors’ and officers’ liability.
