These practices are exercised within eight departments, each led by one or more partners :

When a case calls for cross-departmental expertise, the partner in charge of the case handles the general coordination and interfaces with the client; while each of the client’s services (legal, financial, tax, human resources, IP etc.) may call on a specific Franklin contact specialized in its own field of expertise.
