The Tax Department is active in all areas of national and international tax law and practice. Each of the department’s tax professionals delivers pragmatic and concrete solutions on a broad range of exceptional and day to day tax issues faced by the clients of the Franklin law firm.

Each of the Co-Chairs of the Tax Department has substantial experience in a multi-disciplinary and international professional environment. Our service is provided in complete independence and in full compliance with the recently enacted regulations and codes of conduct regarding professional independence in the jurisdictions in which the firm’s clients operate.

The Tax Department has the experience and depth to provide a full range of tax law services related to personal and corporate tax issues in areas such as income tax, wealth tax and asset planning but also in areas such as mergers & acquisition structures, group reorganizations and real estate taxation.

In this regard, the Tax department advises quoted and privately-held French and foreign entities whether industrial corporations, real estate and financial institutions or investment funds. The private client service of the firm addresses the gamut of tax and legal issues attached to family-controlled businesses and investments.
