In 2006 Franklin broke new ground in France by establishing an India Desk led by one of the Firm’s partners -- Bradley L. Joslove. The India Desk is also manned by an Indian attorney with on-point experience in Indian commercial laws gained while working in one of India’s premier law firms. Franklin is the first and only firm to have brought on board in France an Indian attorney.
