Notre département Droit social intervient sur l’ensemble des problématiques de droit du travail, collectives ou individuelles, tant en conseil qu’en contentieux ainsi qu’en droit de la sécurité sociale.

Nous accompagnons les entreprises françaises et étrangères sur leurs problématiques liées à la gestion des ressources humaines, notamment sur les opérations de restructurations et de transfert de salariés, ou dans leurs rapports avec les représentants du personnel. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec les départements Corporate Finance, M&A et Restructuring et nous bénéficions du concours des meilleurs cabinets à l’étranger sur nos opérations transnationales. Nous représentons les clients devant toutes les juridictions, y compris devant les juridictions pénales, arbitrales et de sécurité sociale.
