Patrick conseille des sociétés à dimension nationale et internationale sur des problématiques relatives au droit social et aux ressources humaines.

Il assiste ses clients sur la préparation et la mise en place de plans sociaux, la gestion des restructurations, la gestion des problématiques de droit social en cas d’acquisition, de cession ou de fusion de sociétés cotées ou privées.

Il accompagne les entreprises en matière de contentieux de droit du travail tant individuel que collectif – en particulier en cas de contentieux de masses et de contentieux visant à mettre en cause les plans de sauvegarde de l’emploi.

Patrick est membre de l’ABA (American Bar Association), l’IBA (International Bar Association) et l’EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
