Altice France has acquired the entire capital of Prixtel, an MVNO that provides mobile service to over 300,000 customers. The deal was managed by Laurent Halimi, Altice’s Head of M&A.
As the owner of France’s 2nd largest telecom provider SFR, Altice France is a key player in the telecommunications sector, serving more than 25 million customers.
